Morari Bapu’s financial assistance for victims of Maharashtra landslide, Junagadh building collapse

 

Many states in the country are witnessing heavy rainfall and flooding resulting in several unfortunate accidents. Scores of people have lost their lives due to incidents like landslides and floods.

 

Recently, more than 300 persons were affected due to a landslide in a hilly village in Maharashtra’s Raigadh district. According to media reports, 27 dead bodies have been recovered so far.

 

Respected spiritual leader and noted kathakaar Morari Bapu, presently on his Jyotirling Ramkatha train yatra, has extended his heartfelt condolences following the tragic incident. He has also extended financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 to the families of each of the 27 victims. The total assistance amounting to Rs. 4.05 lakh would be delivered to the bereaved families by Ramkatha followers from Raigadh district.

 

Similarly, four persons were killed in a building collapse in Junagadh following heavy rains. A woman, who lost her husband and two young sons in the building collapse, later ended her life by suicide. In another incident, a person drowned in Junagadh. Morari Bapu has also extended his condolences for the deceased persons. He has dedicated assistance of Rs. 15,000 for each of six victims. The assistance of Rs. 90,000 would be delivered to the bereaved families. In all, Morari Bapu has extended financial assistance of Rs. 4.95 lakh. to the victims.

 

Morari Bapu has prayed for the salvation of the departed souls at the feet of Lord Hanuman and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
