USA: ફ્લોરિડામાં 14થી ઓછી વયના બાળકો નહીં ચલાવી શકે સોશિયલ મીડિયા!

બાળકોને ઓનલાઈન જોખમથી બચાવવા માટે નિર્ણય લવાયો
સોશિયલ મીડિયા એકાઉન્ટ્સ બંધ કરવા પડશે જેમાં માતાપિતાની સંમતિ નથી
આ બિલ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2025 ના રોજ કાયદો બની જશે
USAના ફ્લોરિડામાં 14 કે તેથી ઓછી વયના સગીરોને સોશિયલ મીડિયાના ઉપયોગ કરવા ઉપર પ્રતિબંધ મૂકવા કાયદો રજૂ થયો છે. જેમાં 14 વર્ષથી નાના બાળકો માટે સોશિયલ મીડિયાના ઉપયોગ પર 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2025 ના રોજ આ નિયમ કાયદો બની જશે.
બાળકોને ઓનલાઈન જોખમથી બચાવવા માટે નિર્ણય લવાયો
બાળકોને ઓનલાઈન જોખમથી બચાવવા માટે નિર્ણય લવાયો છે. યુનાઇટેડ સ્ટેટ્સના ફ્લોરિડા રાજ્યમાં 14 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના બાળકો પર હવે સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મનો ઉપયોગ કરવા પર પ્રતિબંધ છે. સોમવારે (25 માર્ચ), રાજ્યના ગવર્નર રોન ડીસેન્ટિસે એક કાયદા પર હસ્તાક્ષર કર્યા હતા જેમાં શરત કરવામાં આવી હતી કે 14 થી 15 વર્ષની વયના બાળકોને પણ સોશિયલ મીડિયાનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે માતાપિતાની સંમતિની જરૂર પડશે. આ પગલું બાળકોને તેમના માનસિક સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટેના ઓનલાઈન જોખમોથી બચાવવા માટે છે. સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ્સે તે તમામ સોશિયલ મીડિયા એકાઉન્ટ્સ બંધ કરવા પડશે જેમાં માતાપિતાની સંમતિ નથી.
આ બિલ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2025 ના રોજ કાયદો બની જશે
ઉલ્લેખનિય છે કે આ બિલ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2025 ના રોજ કાયદો બની જશે. સગીર સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ બંધ કરવામાં આવશે. એક નિવેદનમાં, ડીસેન્ટિસે જણાવ્યું હતું કે ‘સોશિયલ મીડિયા બાળકોને ઘણી રીતે નુકસાન પહોંચાડે છે,’ અને આ પગલું માતાપિતાને તેમના બાળકોની સુરક્ષામાં પણ મદદ કરશે. જો કે આ બિલ કોઈ પ્લેટફોર્મનું નામ લેતું નથી, પરંતુ તેમાં મેટ્રિક્સ, ઓટોપ્લે વીડિયો, લાઈવ સ્ટ્રીમિંગ જેવી સુવિધાઓ સાથે સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ વિશે વાત કરવામાં આવી છે.
