જાત -જાત અને ભાત -ભાતનાં મોબાઈલ ફોન અને બીજા કેટલાંય ઉપકરણો મારી આસપાસ હોવાં છતાંયે આજે તને પત્ર લખવાં બેઠી છું .કેટલીયે મનની વાતો ,કદાચ ખુલ્લાં મનથી ક્યારેય કોઈને નથી કીધી ,એને શબ્દોમાં પરોવી તને કહેવાં જઈ રહી છું .
એવી કેટલીયે લાગણીની અનુભૂતિઓ ,ઈશ્વર તને અને કેટલીક મીઠી ફરિયાદો ,મા તને જીવનભર કહી ના શકી ….!એ લખીને કહી રહી છું .
મા તારી અમુક વાતોનો અર્થ મને હવે સમજાય છે , એટલે થોડીક ફરિયાદ અને થોડીક કબૂલાત કરવાં તમને બન્નેને પત્ર લખું છું .
પણ સંબોધન શું કરું ..?એ સમજણ પડતી નથી એટલે ….!
કોઈ એક સંબોધનમાં તમને કેવી રીતે સમજાવું કે તમારા વગર હું મારી જાતને કેટલી અધુરી સમજુ છું ,એટલે આજે લખું છું .
પ્રિય ઈશ્વર …અને મારી પ્યારી મા,
પૃથ્વી પરની કોઈ પોસ્ટ કે કુરીયર સર્વીસ મારા આ પત્રને તારા સુધી નહીં પહોંચાડી શકે ,એટલે આ પત્ર તારી નજરની આસપાસ રહેતી મારી મા ને હું મોકલું છું .આ પત્ર પહેલાં મા વાંચશે પછી તને પહોંચાડશે ,એટલે એ પત્ર ખોલેલો હશે.
કેટલાંક અક્ષરો ઝાંખા હોય,અને જો તને ના ઉકેલાય તો એ અક્ષરો સમજવાની જહેમત લેજે …એ માના આસુંથી ભીંજાયેલા હશે . માને હું ઓળખું ને ..!!
જે ઉગ્યું છે એ આથમવવાનું છે ,એમ મને હંમેશા સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું છે , છતાંયે મા તારા વગર જીવવું અઘરું તો પડે છે .તારી અનઉપસ્થિતિ જીરવી નથી શકાતી .તે અમને અનાથ કે નોંધારા પણ નથી મૂક્યાં …!!
તોય તારી ગેરહાજરી દરેક પ્રસંગે વરતાય છે .
જીવનમાં મેં જે કાંઈ સફળતા પ્રાપ્ત કરી તેનું પ્રત્યક્ષ કે પરોક્ષ શ્રેય મા તને જ જાય છે .
પ્રિય ઈશ્વર ,જીવનમાં કોઈનું સારું ના થઇ શકે તો કાંઈ નહીં …પણ ખરાબ ક્યારેય ના કરાય આ વાક્યમાં સમાયેલો મારી મા નો
જીવનસંદેશ
આજેપણ મારા કાનમાં ગુંજે છે .મા ની અણધારી વિદાય મારી કારકિર્દીમાં મને સાહિત્યમાં રસ લેવાં માટે મજબુર કરી ગઈ .જીવન પ્રત્યેનો એનો અભિગમ હંમેશા સકારાત્મક રહ્યો . એના હોવાથી મને કેટલી હિંમત મળતી હતી , તને એ નહીં સમજાવી શકું .એને આટલી વહેલી તારી પાસે બોલાવીને તે એક દીકરી પાસેથી બીજું કેટલુંયે છીનવી લીધું ખાસ કરીને ,
મારા જન્મદિને મારા માથે મુકતો એ વ્હાલ ભરેલો હાથ બહુ મિસ કરું છું .મા ને તારી પાસે બોલાવી લઇને તે કાંઈ સારું કામ તો નથી જ કર્યું ….તને પણ એ હેતાળ સ્પર્શ અને વ્હાલની જરૂર પડી હશે એમ વિચારી તને માફ કરું છું .
પ્રિય ,ઈશ્વર …હું પૃથ્વીના કોઈપણ ખૂણે મારો જન્મદિન મનાવું ,
એના આશિર્વાદ વગર એ ઉજવણી અધૂરી જ છે .જન્મદિને કેક કાપી મોમાં પહેલો ટુકડો મુકતાં જ …અનેક ઘટનાઓ મારા સ્મૃતિપટ પર વ્હાલથી દોડી આવે છે .
વ્હાલ અને પ્રેમને જીવંત સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરવાનું મન થયું હશે ત્યારે એ ,
મારી મા બની આવ્યાં હશે .મા તારી યાદ ના આવી હોય એવો જીવનનો કોઈ પ્રસંગ નથી ….પણ કેટલાંક ખાસ દિવસોમાં તો તારી કમી અસહ્ય લાગે છે .
પ્રિય ઈશ્વર ,તું પણ પૃથ્વી પર જયારે આવ્યો હોઈશ ત્યારે તે પણ મા નો ખોળો મુશ્કેલીના સમયમાં ખાસ ઝંખ્યો હશે …
માનો હાથ અને તારા હાથની એ અદભુત ઉર્જા તે પણ અનુભવી હશે .મા ના મોંમાંથી નીકળેલાં શબ્દો …બધું સારું થઇ જશે ,એ સાંભળીને આવતી આંખોમાં ચમક તે પણ જોઈ હશે , તો તે મારી જોડે આવો અન્યાય કેમ કર્યો …??
નથી જોઈતું મારે કોઈ તત્વજ્ઞાન …નથી જોઈતી સ્વર્ગની સીડીઓ ,મા તારા પ્રેમસ્મરણમાં રાચીને તને ગૌરવ અપાવી શકીયે એવા કાર્યો કરતા રહીયે …તારી પાસે માત્ર એવા શુભાશિષ માંગીયે છીએ .
પ્રિય ઈશ્વર ,જગતમાં તું ભલે પ્રકાશિત સૂર્ય બની ઝળહળતો રહીશ ,પણ મારી મા ના અંતરતમમાં પ્રકાશિત પોતાનાં બાળક માટેની
દૈવી જ્યોત મને વધુ અજવાળું આપી મારગ ચીંધે છે . તું ખોટું ના લગાડતો …
એક બાળક તરીકે મેં અને એક માનવી તરીકે જો મારી મા એ જાણ્યે -અજાણ્યે કોઈ અપરાધ થઈ ગચો હોય ,તો આ સાચા સગપણના સરોવરના પાણીની એક છાલક મારી માફ કરી દેજે .
મા તારા હૈયાનાં પારણે ઝૂલવાનું સૌભાગ્ય ફરી ક્યારે મળશે …??
છેલ્લે …પ્રિય ઈશ્વર તને અને માને એક જ પત્ર લખવાનું કારણ …તમારા બેઉમાં મને એક જ છબી દેખાય છે,
તું અને મા બન્ને મારા ગુરુ છો ,તમારાં બન્ને ના આશીર્વાદ મારા માટે જીવનની સાચી મૂડી છે .
