ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council organized *Conference on Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management* to spread awareness and reduces the cybercrime across the nation.

 

 

 

 

The conference brought together speakers from industry, bank, and cybersecurity experts to share insights into the ever-evolving digital threats.

 

Ahmedabad, September 6: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), Gujarat Council, hosted a conference on “Cyber Security & Digital Risk Management” in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. The Conference brought together speakers from industry, bankand cybersecurity experts, who shared insights to tackle challenges in the digital landscape.

 

The conference served as a platform to discuss and exchange ideas on the ever-evolving threats in the digital world and the latest strategies to mitigate these risks. The experts shared their thoughts on data protection, regulatory compliance, threat intelligence, and the importance of joint efforts in securing cyberspace.

 

Delivering the welcome address, Jaimin Shah, Co-chairman of ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council, said, “Cybersecurity is one of the biggest challenges in the modern world. In today’s age, when a vast majority of our personal, financial and business data exists in digital format, ensuring the safety and security of these digital assets is paramount. The need for robust cybersecurity measures and digital risk management has never been more crucial. We at ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council are committed to promoting cybersecurity awareness and facilitating collaborative efforts to strengthen the country’s cyber defence.

 

The conference also featured prominent speakers, including Kautuk Trivedi, Head, Gujarat, SEQRITE; Amit Saluja, Senior Director & Centre Head, NASSCOM Center of Excellence, Gandhinagar; and Prabudh Kumar, DGM (Digital & Transaction Banking Unit), SBI – LHO, Ahmedabad,who shared their expertise and insights with the participants, vote of thanks by Shri.Nakul Sharedalal- Chairman IPR Commitee ASSOCHAM GUJARAT COUNCIL.

 

The inaugural session was followed by a panel discussion on Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, featuring industry experts Mr.Vishal Vasu, Director and CTO of Dev IT Ltd, Sunny Vaghela,CEO of Techdefence Labs; Manan Thakker, Founder of Cyberra Legal Services; Bharath Aitha, VP-Marketing at eInfochips; and Navneetha Krishnan Nadar, Head, Pre Sales at SEQRITE.

 

The conference concluded with a question & answer session, helping participants gain valuable insights into best practices and strategies to protect their digital assets and data.
