New Delhi, Aug 07, 2023: NSDC International Limited (NSDCI), a 100% subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has signed an Agreement with Technosmile Inc (Technosmile), a leading Japanese human resource company providing foreign recruitment services for aspiring candidates to augment their employment avenues in Japan.<\/p>\n
The collaboration envisions to empower individuals with foreign language proficiency by combining academic knowledge and exposing them to real-world work environments, thereby, facilitating their smooth employment transition into international working environments. The agreement was signed and exchanged between Shri Ajay Kumar Raina, Director, and COO, NSDC International and Mr. Yuzuru Mamizuka, Chairman and President, Technosmile Inc.

\nUnder the programme, NSDC International will meticulously identify, and screen candidates based on the job specifications, including candidate eligibility and technical requirements. It will also provide training centre equipped with quality instructors and modern language learning resources to promote seamless Japanese language training of the candidates and will also focus on honing communicational skills, vocabulary, and providing industry driven curriculum to make them an active participant in the volatile job market.
