Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years. It was great to perform yoga in Uganda and take part in the International Day of Yoga celebrations on Tuesday.

 

Yoga not only helps the body, but also boosts the mind and spirit. The International Day of Yoga is playing a big role in popularising yoga around the world and ensuring people benefit from ancient Indian wisdom. It was great to perform yoga in Uganda to mark the day.
